Start taking product with quarter of a teaspoon per day. Over the period of two weeks gradually increase dosage to 2-3 teaspoons per day. Recommended dosage: 2-3 teaspoons per day. Take it on empty stomach, 30 min before the meal. Keep it in your mouth for 1-2 minutes moving content vigorously from side to side. Don't take any food or drink with this product. Don't mix this product with tea, coffee or any other drink.
